I know I haven’t written anything for a long time and now that I am writing a post I’m writing it just to share a good cocktail recipe with you. Because it summer. And I’m enjoying my summer holiday. And I think it’s a simple but a pretty good recipe I’ve come up with. Here it goes.

You need:

  • 3 large ice cubes
  • 1 ts of frozen lingonberries
  • 4 cl of cold Bombay Sapphire
  • 2 dl of cold Schweppes Tonic Water

Throw the ice cubes in a tall glass. Pour the lingonberries and the gin on top of the cubes. Finally splash the tonic in the glass. Let the light red color spread for about 30 seconds and enjoy in good company.

I’ll call it a Finn tonic.
